About Course

This module introduces operators to structured troubleshooting methods for resolving common issues encountered on the pad. Participants will learn how to approach problems systematically, beginning with identifying symptoms, isolating potential causes, and applying corrective actions in a safe and efficient manner. The training covers typical scenarios such as managing high fluid levels, responding to separator trips, and diagnosing both no-flow and low-flow conditions. Operators will practice using checklists, flow diagrams, and decision trees to ensure that troubleshooting is consistent and repeatable, reducing downtime and minimizing risk. Emphasis is placed on maintaining situational awareness, documenting findings, and escalating issues when necessary to foremen or engineering teams. By mastering these techniques, operators gain confidence in their ability to quickly stabilize operations, protect equipment integrity, and maintain production continuity under pressure. Ultimately, this module equips them with a disciplined approach to problem-solving that can be applied across a wide range of field challenges.
